She Knew Who She Was and Why She was Here

After a long time of wondering,
A long time of waiting,
A long time of searching,
A long time of praying…
She finally knew who she was.
And she liked who she was.
The knowledge came as a gift,
The revelation was a joy.
She no longer had to hide or guess…
Or try to be something she was not.
A weight was lifted
and a beautiful lightness came upon her.
She was His daughter
And how He had made her was good.
She was now also clear why she was here…
To use her special gifts to love others very very well.
